Use historic rates to determine future rates
As we have a Dif of 191pips then BUY at 1.4590
Take Profit at 1.4700
As we have a huge Vol lies in up 277 then SELL at 1.4575
Because the Octo is around 50 then Take Profit in 75pip. (1.4500)
It'll be flapping at Avr level of 1.4546.
